I've been a coach for 2 years now, and this is the very first time I've taken everything I've learned and put it somewhere people can actually use it, at their own pace, without needing me in the room. It opens today. Here's why I built it. A few years ago, I was running on red wine, caffeine, and cortisol. Smoking 20 cigarettes a day while downloading meditation apps.
